At Spice Meridian Co., we take great pride in the quality of our certified organic spices. Due to the nature of our products and wholesale-focused business model, all sales are considered final once an order is confirmed and shipped.

Refund & Return Terms:

➤ No Returns on Perishable Goods:
We do not accept returns on spices or food products due to health, safety, and quality control reasons.

➤ Order Cancellation:
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

➤ Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an order that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or incomplete

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Resolution Options (At Our Discretion):

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Replacement of damaged goods

  • Partial credit toward a future order

  • Other solutions deemed appropriate by us

Refunds are offered only in extreme cases after full review.

 

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement requests that do not comply with this policy.

  • Bulk and wholesale orders are non-refundable once shipped, unless there is documented damage or error on our part.
